Emma Hardy, Minister for Water, met senior representatives from RLCP, Anglian Water, the Environment Agency, and local landowners and estate managers to hear about plans for a project to conserve a nationally important store of peat in the Lark catchment.
The objective is to rewet the land to save the peat from drying out, and releasing carbon into the atmosphere.
Emma Hardy visited near Icklingham on 11th March 2026.
